If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Bloxarynjroz, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Due to the custom nature of our garden lighting installation services, returns are not applicable. However, we stand behind our workmanship and will address any issues with installations in accordance with our warranty terms.
To initiate a return:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
